Cloudflare has now marked the incident as resolved. We also haven't seen any regressions for >20min so we are now marking this as resolved from our side as well.

We're seeing signs of recovery again and internal testing is able to successfully reach the aforementioned affected resources. We are continuing to monitor and will provide an update within 30 minutes or as events warrant.

We're observing that Cloudflare hasn't quite mitigated the issue. Errors continue to be observed on Skedda's support site (support.skedda.com), Skedda's status page (status.skedda.com) and email links (i.e. errors may be seen when following links included in Skedda transactional emails). In some cases, image-based content in the Skedda app (maps and space photos) may also have a higher loading latency and/or show errors.

Otherwise, Skedda's application is unaffected by this incident and is operating normally.

Update
Cloudflare has confirmed that a fix has been implemented (https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/). Skedda is fully operational again at this time, but we will continue to monitor for regressions.

We are seeing initial signs of recovery and our internal testing has shown that Cloudflare has mitigated the problem and that support.skedda.com is back up. We are continuing to monitor to confirm.

The cause of the incident is actually related to a Cloudflare outage being tracked at https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/. We are monitoring the resolution progress and will provide another update within 60 minutes or as events warrant.

Monitoring
Skedda's support pages, hosted at support.skedda.com, are currently showing errors. These support pages are hosted by Intercom (the customer-service platform we use) and we're monitoring their recovery efforts. The Skedda app itself is not affected. We will provide an update within 60 minutes or as events warrant.
