Identified - We are currently investigating delivery problems for Skedda transactional email messages sent to Microsoft consumer inboxes (e.g. recipient addresses on hotmail, outlook, live and similar Microsoft consumer domains). Email recipients on other domains are not known to be affected at this time.
We have reached out to Microsoft sender support to investigate and resolve this incident. A precise expected resolution time is currently not known but we will of course provide updates here as events warrant.
