We have completed processing the backlog on our side, however MailGun is still processing their backlog for the actual delivery of the messages, so delays may still occur. We are monitoring MailGun's progress on processing their backlog.

We are seeing signs that MailGun has recovered and Skedda's systems are working through the backlog of messages. Customers may begin to see messages arrive in inboxes.

MailGun has indicated that they are implementing a fix for the issue (https://status.mailgun.com/) and we are continuing to monitor for the associated recovery. We will provide another update within 30 minutes or as events warrant.

Monitoring
Transactional emails sent from Skedda are currently experiencing delays due to an incident with our transactional email service provider, see here: https://status.mailgun.com/

We expect this to be resolved soon. Note that Skedda employs automated retry-logic for sending messages, so all messages will eventually be delivered.

We will provide another update within 30 minutes or as events warrant.
